Angel A* Men was introduced by the design house of Thierry Mugler. In fact, it was designed by Jacques Huclier, the creator of other Angel perfumes for men as Angel B* Men and Angel Men Pure Coffee. It was followed by the best known and the best sold Angel for women in 1992. Angel*A Men was launched in September 1996. At first, it was introduced in Europe and got enormous popularity. It became well known in the USA the following year in spring. Because of prevailing sweet notes, it is successfully sold as to men so to women. They usually buy it for their halves but it is also known they use it themselves too.

The fragrance is composed by sweet, even tasty notes for voracous users. The base notes are: chocolate, caramel, lavender, peppermint, musk, bergamot, bitter resin, sweet vanilla and savour of well roasted coffee.
