Chanel No. 5 (for women) – A brief history
Gabrielle “Coco” Chanel has requested Ernest Beaux to create 6 perfumes for the designer house. He designed No.1, No.2 etc. to No.6.
The winning number turned out to be 5. It was introduced immediately after its creation in 1921. The perfume remains the most legendary aroma in the world and put Chanel company to the first place in the world. It is claimed that it sells its perfume once in every 55 seconds. Nicole Kidman is one of the many but still of the day faces of the brand.
Chanel No.5 – Fragrance notes of the scent
Base notes – ylang-ylang from Comoras, aldehydes, neroli and jasmine from Gras, rose, wood chords of bubonic ventiveria and vanilla.

At first, Chanel No. 5 impresses us with the sense of ylnag – ylang. In these top notes are interlaces neroli and aldehydes as well. The core is mild and floral.
It is build by the scent of rose and jasmine.
The base is stable to preserve the tempting scent on the skin. There are combined the notes of sandalwood, vetiveria and vanilla.
After its application, you will feel the gentle aroma that will embrace you and won’t let you go within next 15 – 20 hours.
